Whats a good and semi easy recipe for something that includes Lobster Tails?

Saturday, March 7th, 2009

I have some frozen lobster tails and not sure how to cook them. Do I boil them? I need a simple technique on what to do with them…thanks.
They are RAW.

I put them in a 8×8 pan, enough water to cover the bottom, add some butter and salt in the water put the lobster tails in and cover it with foil. Put them in the oven on 420 degrees and put them in there for about 10-15 min. When they are done. I cut the shells pull all the meat out rub butter over them and then put them on the grill for about a min. on each side . Melt some butter and dip away. Just made them Sat….delicious! It's o.k if you couldn't grill either!! Yummy! Enjoy!

Drop dough by heaping tablespoonfuls onto an ungreased cookie sheet.
